Mixed Berry Fluff Salad

Prep time: 15 minutes | Servings: 4–6 individual cups

Ingredients

 Crust Base:

 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

 2 tbsp melted butter

 1 tbsp sugar

 Filling:

 8 oz cream cheese, softened

 1/2 cup powdered sugar

 1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz Cool Whip (or sweetened whipped cream), thawed

 Berries & Toppings:

 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

 1 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh raspberries or blackberries

White chocolate drizzle or condensed milk (optional topping)

Instructions

1. Prep the Base: In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Divide evenly into the bottoms of 4–6 clear serving cups and press down lightly.

2. Make the Cream Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until completely combined.

3. Fold in Fruit: Gently fold the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries into the cream mixture with a spatula, being careful not to overmix so the berries stay intact.

4. Assemble & Chill: Spoon the berry cream mixture into the prepared cups over the graham cracker crust.

5. Garnish & Serve: Top with extra fresh berries, additional crushed graham crackers, and a drizzle of white chocolate or condensed milk if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
