Garlic Butter Chicken & Broccoli Bowl

Ingredients

Chicken: 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken tenderloins or sliced breasts, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp onion powder, salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Broccoli: 4 cups broccoli florets, 1 tbsp olive oil or butter, salt to taste

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce: 2 tbsp butter, 3 cloves garlic (minced), 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper, pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Sear the Chicken: In a large bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden browned and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Set aside.

2. Steam/Pan-Roast Broccoli: Add broccoli to the pan with a splash of water, cover, and steam for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.

3. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper until melted and smooth.

4. Assemble: Fill bowls with steamed broccoli, top with seared chicken tenders, and drizzle generously with warm garlic parmesan sauce.
