Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf

Ingredients

 Meatloaf:

 1 lb ground beef

1 box (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor)

 1 cup warm water

 2 large eggs

 1/4 cup ketchup

 1/4 cup onion, diced

 1/4 cup milk

 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

 1/2 tsp salt

 1/2 tsp black pepper

 Glaze:

 1/3 cup ketchup

 3 tbsp brown sugar

 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Combine Mix: In a large bowl, mix the Stove Top stuffing with 1 cup warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.

3. Make Meat Mixture: Add the ground beef, eggs, 1/4 cup ketchup, diced onion, milk, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the stuffing. Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix.

4. Shape & Bake: Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan (or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet). Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

5. Add Glaze: Whisk together 1/3 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

6. Finish: Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
