Methods to Remove White Water Rings

Iron & Dry Towel: Place a thin, clean cotton towel or cloth over the rings. Set an iron to low heat with no steam. Gently press the iron down on the towel over the marks, moving it continuously in small circular motions for 10–20 seconds at a time. Lift the towel to check your progress. The heat releases the trapped moisture from the finish.

Hairdryer Method: Set a hairdryer to warm/high heat and direct it at the ring, keeping it a few inches away. Move it side to side continuously to avoid scorching the finish. The heat will gradually evaporate the trapped condensation.

Mayonnaise or Mineral Oil: Apply a dab of full-fat mayonnaise or mineral oil to the rings and rub it in gently with a soft cloth. Let it sit for several hours or overnight. The oils penetrate the finish and displace the trapped moisture. Wipe clean with a damp cloth afterward.

Baking Soda & Non-Gel Toothpaste: Mix equal parts white non-gel toothpaste and baking soda into a soft paste. Rub it gently along the direction of the wood grain with a microfiber cloth. The mild abrasive action helps buff out stubborn surface haze.
