Ingredients:
1.5 lbs (700g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley and red pepper flakes (for garnish)

2. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet or cast-iron pan over high heat until smoking.
3. Add steak cubes in a single layer (do not overcrowd; work in batches if needed). Sear without moving for 2 minutes to get a deep golden crust.
4. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until browned on all sides.
5. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the steak bites continuously for 1–2 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and transfer steak bites to a plate to rest.
