Classic Chocolate Pecan Fudge

Ingredients

 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

 1 tsp vanilla extract

 1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

 1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Prep: Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Melt: Combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until smooth and fully melted.

3. Combine: Remove from heat; quickly stir in the vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and chopped nuts.

4. Set: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly using a spatula to create a glossy swirl top.

5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into square bars to serve.

No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

Ingredients

 Base/Fudge: 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

 Frosting Top: 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter.

Instructions

1. Make Layer 1: Melt butter and 1 cup peanut butter together, then stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts until a smooth dough forms. Press evenly into a 9×9-inch pan.

2. Make Layer 2: Melt chocolate chips with 3 tbsp peanut butter in short microwave bursts, stirring until silky.

3. Top & Chill: Pour the chocolate glaze over the base layer, swirl the surface with a spoon, and chill for 1 hour before slicing.
