Ingredients: 2 lobster tails, 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted), 3 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, pinch of paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Instructions:
1. Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the center of the top shell with kitchen shears, pulling the meat up, and letting it rest on top of the shell.
2. Whisk melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Brush generously over the lobster meat.
3. Broil on high for 8–10 minutes until the meat is opaque and tender. Serve warm with extra lemon wedges.
Creamy Garlic Beef Patty Melts
Prep time: 15 mins | Cook time: 15 mins | Yield: 2 sandwiches
Ingredients: ½ lb ground beef (80/20), 1 small yellow onion (sliced), 4 slices rye or sourdough bread, 4 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese, 2 tbsp butter, ½ tsp garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Instructions:
1. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook for 10–12 minutes until soft and caramelized; set aside.
2. Form ground beef into 2 thin rectangular patties sized to match your bread. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in the skillet for 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
3. Assemble sandwiches: Bread slice, cheese, beef patty, caramelized onions, another slice of cheese, and top bread.
4. Butter the outside of the bread and grill in the skillet over medium-low heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
