Ingredients
48 Ritz crackers
8 slices deli ham, cut/torn into small pieces
8 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese, cut/torn into small pieces
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (for the top layer)
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder or onion powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish or tray with parchment paper.
2. Assemble Base: Lay 24 crackers flat side down on the pan. Top each with folded ham and a layer of sliced cheese.
3. Sandwich: Cover each stack with a second Ritz cracker.
4. Top & Glaze: Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic/onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon evenly over each top cracker. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the tops.
5. Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden bubbly.
6. Serve: Garnish with finely chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
